Welcome to Grace & Muse. The words "we," "us," and "our" mean Grace & Muse. We run this store and website, along with all the beauty and cosmetic products, content, tools, and services we offer (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms"), plus any policies we link to, explain your rights and your responsibilities when you use our Services. Please read them carefully. They include important details about your legal rights, product warranties, and the limits of what we are responsible for.

We may change product details, prices, or descriptions at any time. We may also stop selling a product, or limit how much of it any person or region can buy.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to buy. We can accept or decline any order for any reason. Your order is not final until we confirm it and process your payment. Please check your order carefully before you submit it, since we may not be able to cancel it once it is accepted.

If we cannot accept, need to change, or have to cancel your order, we will try to reach you using the email you gave us.

Returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy. You agree that you are buying our products for your own use and not to resell them.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices, discounts, and offers can change at any time without notice. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order, and it will appear in your order confirmation email. Unless we say otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or customs fees.

Our name, logo, and slogans are our trademarks, and you may not use them without our permission. Shopify's name and logo belong to Shopify. Other brand names belong to their owners.

Grace & Muse is powered by Shopify, which lets us offer our Services to you. Even so, every sale and purchase you make in our store is made directly with Grace & Muse. Shopify is not responsible for any part of a sale between you and us, including any injury, damage, or loss from the products you buy. You release Shopify and its partners from all claims related to your purchases with us.

The personal information we collect is covered by our Privacy Policy, and some of it may also be covered by Shopify's Privacy Policy. Because our store runs on Shopify, your information is shared with Shopify and certain partners, who may be in other countries, so we can serve you. By using our Services, you confirm that you have read these policies.

If you send us ideas, reviews, suggestions, or other feedback, you give us a free, worldwide, ongoing right to use, change, and share it for any purpose, including promotion. You agree to protect and cover Grace & Muse, Shopify, and our partners from any claims, losses, or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that come from your breaking these Terms, breaking the law, violating someone's rights, or using our Services. We will tell you about any such claim, and you agree to help defend it.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right right away, we have not given it up. These Terms, plus any policies we post, are the full agreement between you and us, and they replace any earlier agreements.
