Refund policy
We want you to love every product from Grace & Muse. If something is not right, we are here to help.
You have 60 days to ask for a return. That means 60 days from the day your order arrives.
To return an item, it must be new and unused. It should still be sealed and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or order details so we can find your purchase.
For safety and hygiene, we cannot take back beauty items that have been opened or used, or that have a broken seal. The only time we can is if the item arrived damaged or broken. You can read more about that below.
To start a return, please email our customer care team at info@graceandmuse.com. We will let you know where to send your package.
Once we accept your return, we will send you simple steps for where to ship it. The cost to send the item back is paid by you, and this cost is not refunded. Please do not send an item back before you ask us first. If you do, we will not be able to accept it.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged
Please open and check your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is broken, leaking, damaged, or if you got the wrong product, email us right away. We will look into it and make it right. This includes opened items that did not arrive in good shape.
Items We Cannot Take Back
Some items cannot be returned. These include:
- Beauty items that have been opened or used, for safety and hygiene
- Custom or personalized items, like special orders
- Gift cards
A few items, like sprays, nail products, and perfumes, count as flammable. These may have extra shipping rules. Please ask us if you are not sure about your item.
Exchanges
Want a different product? The quickest way is to return your first item. Once we accept it, place a new order for the one you want.
Refunds
We will email you once we get your return and check it over. Then we will let you know if your refund is approved.
If it is approved, we will send your money back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or card company may need a little more time to post the refund.
