Refund Policy
Our 60-Day "Love It or Return It" Guarantee
Here's The Deal:
Try GraceLash for 60 full days. If it's not everything we promised—if you don't experience the no-smudge, no-clump, effortless-removal transformation—return it for a full refund.
No questions asked. No hoops to jump through. No guilt trips.
How It Works
1. Email us first
Contact hello@graceandmuse.com with your order number and reason for return (helps us improve—but it's not required for approval).
2. We'll send return instructions
Usually within 24 hours. We'll provide a prepaid return label for US customers.
3. Ship it back
Original packaging preferred but not required. Used or unused—doesn't matter. You tried it, it didn't work for you, that's enough.
4. Get your refund
Within 5-7 business days of receiving your return, we'll process your full refund to your original payment method.
What's Covered:
✓ Didn't work on your lashes
✓ Irritated your sensitive eyes
✓ Didn't remove as easily as promised
✓ Smudged when we said it wouldn't
✓ Simply didn't love it
✓ Changed your mind
What's NOT Covered:
✗ Returns after 60 days
✗ Products bought from unauthorized retailers
✗ Items marked as "Final Sale" (rare, clearly noted at checkout)
Exchanges:
Want a different color (Black vs. Brown)? Email us—we'll send the replacement right away and you can return the original when it arrives. No waiting.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your mascara arrives damaged, dried out, or defective, email us with photos. We'll send a replacement immediately—no need to return the damaged one first.''Your experience matters more than the $25.'''
International Returns: We refund international orders, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Email us first—sometimes we'll just send a replacement and let you keep the original.
Why We Offer This:
Because we're confident GraceLash will work for you. 98.7% of customers keep it. The few who return it usually have extremely rare allergies or discovered they prefer a specific competitor (totally fine—beauty is personal).
We'd rather earn your trust than trap you in a purchase.
